Changing.
Many of you may think why the big change in continuity of finishing the rest of our last Page. Do not be disturbed I will pick up very soon on the unfinished work moving in the new resident. Something in the air or changing of the winds means to me, a remnant of my former upbringing, premonition, or change. Not necessary does is have to be negative, most the time it announces a Change coming. The Poem at the beginning tells in very easy way multiple Changes, which may occur more often than not. Since we went thru the episode called Ponder Page # 19, I did not lose any necessary and healthy aggressiveness to accommodate my Family at the utmost most of my capability. However, something is changing my planning or even action. Like I said, it is not a common feeling to me and I will pay much attention to my future

planning or action. It is something very new added to my personality where I was most the time a little much to Gang Ho and not enough thinking it out. The consequences of such action evaluated on Page # 19 should have cleared the cause of some shortcoming of mine. I know for sure that in the next Three to four years some not so minor changes will occur and decisions are, not so easy to come by. Destiny is giving me an enough time to make this major decision. It is my conclusion to asses this new feeling, for a successful, positive, practical and professional solution. I paid my dues in full, but given more opportunities to show what one learned should be a very great gift to any one applying it. Before I am closing this them of changing, which is actual going on since time started and spread thru Continents , Countries, Cities and villages in all civilized areas Different approaches to solve many problems and changes are used and were only partially successful. Second Chance applications seem to be use in favor of many people. There is one more, much better for all us to use Method with a chance of superior performance, and that is, listen to our Friend what he had to say to us. Not only will He give us One more chance, like in
the second chance, but uncountable times He promised... Think hard and long for your own sake. Make the right choice! For me there will be never another choice if I can have the best there is and always was. I am blessed, which I know comes from my Friend and know also on these particular issues He can and will do better than I ever could; No matter I hard I would try.
Work at the Office, winter 1961
Since I started in 1958 as mentioned in prior Website Pages, the office assignment were not tailored to my willingness or capabilities I tried many times to bring this messages to management without any success but assured that they are more than satisfied with my services rendered. These comments are true and shown on a yearly written report all employees received. In addition, a yearly personal meeting with management was mandatory to attend. A different development at the construction site was much more crucial to my all around feeling about my present working with certain coworkers. My German Background, imaginary Nazi involvement, and lets not forget the pronunciations of the English language I spoke. I tolerated a lot of this abuse with the hope that eventual they were tired of it

and suspended there activity and treat me like anybody and be more supportive, without avail. A meeting with management to consider the situation without any major realignment necessary was fruitless. Made many more attempts in real meaning of angelic approaches, which was much unknown to me to solve or at least softens the problem. My time on construction was not of my creation and tolerated the agony on most days with an ever-lasting wish that tomorrow it will become better. Hope springs eternal! During this winters assignment Management decided that I was ready to supervise more different, difficult Engineering projects. Like the construction of major Structures. That boosted my moral quite a bit and looked forward to spring for starting this new endeavor. The first Project, of this kind was a concrete structure with Piling and prestessed Girders at the edge of a lake, very close to our home. Management announced that my next assignments as Project Engineer for next winter, (1962) would be on a four lane Interstate Highway including multiple Structures. I had the feeling that Management was aware my enthusiasm employed by the D.O.T. was waning

The New Residence, Nov 1960.
The Website # 19 informed the actual movement into the new Residence and added a Picture, similar to the chosen House. That is where certain doubts about my recent action started continued on this page to some degree. After the moving Truck and people, left we had a houseful of clutter and started to organize them somewhat. It did not take to long completing, There were not many there. In a much bigger house as the previous one, more than a few additional pieces needed. After a few days or more, we found some major defects in the Basement Groundwater leakage, which followed a good look on the outside yard. Evaluated the damage in the basement, only water damage; however, the permanent solution of additional drainage pipes in and outside the house, completing with a new drywell turned out to be costly. The original Owner agreed to participate in the future cost to remedy the present situation. We started slow but soon to purchase the desired additional furniture to make our new place livable. After the drainage work in the yard area completed and spring arrived (1961), I could not do many things outside at this time. A little slower movements of upcoming event are welcomed. It was the time of the year again to work in the office, now located closer.

Twice while this Website Pages were composed, I came across mentioning of experiences of Premonition. They dealt with serious situation, the first on is covered under the heading Premonition. Now I am in the middle of approaching another, but more involved personally as the first one. You must notice the preoccupation in the last website page # 18 & 19and this page... Right now, I know that something is going to change not so soon but it will. I would like to prepare particular if my Family should be involved. You may think or say that I am always taking about the closeness of my Friend. Yes, I do talk many times like that and I would be even happier that you believe it. He never has or will give me actual advice, protecting my free will, which He gave to all of us; however, it is worth appreciation. He gives me hints which are close to the perfect solution. Is this not worth listen to.
