I ask you one thing, go back to read page # 1, and consider where I am today. I am not wealthy according to most standards; however "Reach" beyond my wildest dreams or anticipation. Caprice?

In my journeying with you**
may I never loose my sense o direction**
never loose of the landmark**
towards which I travel**
And should cloud or rain obscure my vision**
may I draw closer to you**
so that may feet may threat**
in your footsteps**
Your words be my encouragement**
and your love my Protection**
against the storms that assail me.

Your light is the only light I need**
as I travel thru through life`s mystery**
You word the only voice I hear**
that still small voice that leads me**
to the place where I should be. **
Your present is the only company I need**
as I walk this narrow road**
Your fellow ship the warmth I crave**
to help me on my way.
"If Americaforgets where she came from, if the people loose sight of what brought them along, If she listens to the mockers and deniers, then will begin the rot and dissolution.

Colorado, Colorado-Springs 1997

During our multiple visits to Treasure Island, FL., we had the privilege to meet many good people, like Sonja and her husband Ed from Colorado, at the Ebb-Tide Motel. In time, a good Friendship developed and the invitation thru the years accumulated to a point where we could resist much longer and informed them of our arrival in early spring of 1997. Some years ago, when visited South Dakota, Mt. Rushmore, called the cradle of our Democracy, we went westwards than only many miles North on IH 90, now we going westward more south, on HI 80. The trip to South Dakota documented in a prior Website. Our trip to Denver/Colorado Springs started at our son's home in Mason City, Iowa, three hundred miles closer to Denver. The next morning we started early after driving on HI 80 south, continued on HI 80, crossed the Missouri river at Omaha, changed to HI 76 after we passed Ogallala at Big Spring to HI 76, and went thru Denver in early evening. After a little rest, we drove another hour to reach the residents of our Friend in Colorado Springs, south of Denver, where we welcomed.
Until then, stay the course, spread your Love with your brothers and sisters, the Lord will bless and protect!

Sincerely,
Alfredo De`Eljama
Next morning, the first day, we sat together, and created our plan what all to or can do during our stay, which should not exceed three days. We had quite a list when we started out that same morning to a close location, called Manitou Springs. Very close to our Residence. A Map shown it is much easier for you to have a feeling and knowing how the Journey is proceeding. The little City is western style and has all around its limits drinkable water fountain, with health improving features and many more variable entertainments establishments, to mention. To help to explain our undertaking more specific and better, Pictures of the most interesting places we visited placed for clarification. Walked around on the way back to the resident of Ed`s & Sonja`s, in the very modern City of Colorado Springs, to humongous to see everything. Have
a look at the attached Picture of the City. The day not darkening yet, opened up the opportunity before returning to our temporary home, to visit a very interesting facilities, called the "Garden of the Gods", a Natural Park, a remnant of the former occupant`s, the Indian who lived here many century's ago. Walking thru this park is a somber experience; a never forgetting walk .Maybe the attached Image of this "Garden" describes my feelings much more specific, than writing them in the text. Before we went to bed that night, we talked at length and reinvented the past with most very good memories. The day finally ended, when the planning and preparation for the next day, the second, outings completed. We will visit one of the best State Parks, " Mueller Park ", about a one hour drive from our  temporary home.
Today we will start high on a mountain peak, one of my most liked and loved places on this planet. I feel, really free, and very close to my best Friend, my God. That is why I feel honored, inasmuch as we all together are on a similar Journey, I want not some of you miss this one, with Him. Leaning back drops all resistance, if you have some. I hope the different beginning is fitting for the remaining Website Page. Never in my wildest dreams or anticipated that the future would be so accommodating to guide me towards being a part of the nation blessed so much, acknowledged in many songs or writings, Thanks to my Guiding Light and all of you, known or unknown, to assisted making me a part of this gracious Land, which is Our Land. Unique on this Planet.
Planned to stay there all day, day camping, Sonja made and packed enough sandwiches and drinks for the whole day. A very good host, we all, including Ed her husband, thanked and praised her. Early next morning we were on our way, passing little and bigger settlements, enjoyed the beautiful landscape of the land and arrived after on hour driving at our destination, the "Mueller Park."Enjoyed are being together, did many miles of walking and of not so easy mountain climbing, with assisting each other with ropes to accommodate to reach the top of the mountain, Very cumbersome, but fun. The climbing consisted of steep uphill's and not vertical walls. We left prior to total darkness and arrived home very tired and retired shortly after. The following, our third and last day before we planned to return home to Waukesha, we are on the way to a rehabilitated
and refurbished western city in the olden day's time appearance." Cripple Creek", which is located just west of the Pike Peak Mountain and no more than one half hour from our residence. Entering the area of the old goldmine it was obvious to know the origin of this place was most in the open, open old diggings, remnants' of Piles of Gold washings. The village itself in total western disguise, advertising very strong the privilege of gambling in more then actual needed, combined with the never missing Saloon, if not it wouldn't be Western. We spend a few more Hours by wandering around the total village drove very leisurely towards home. One stop on the way back was the last important visitation I liked to do, visiting the Air Fore Academy. (See Map).It would take many more pages for me to describe the impression I accumulated during the little time we spend at this unbelievable monument of Strength and protection. At the time we were there, we watched some of the exercises the Cadets performed, Participated in a short guided Tour throughout the total complex and spent some time in the incomprehensible decorations of the Chapel. Returning to the residence and prepared everything for a return home the next morning. Before retiring, renewed our friendship and parted early next morning. The Background of the majestic Pike Peak inspired a woman, Katherine Lee Bates ,an English teacher at Colorado college in 1893 the lyrics to a most liked song " America the Beautiful" Eventual her lyrics was set in Music. The mountain  named after Zebulan Pike, the explorer who conducted an exposition of Colorado in 1806. We used the same way we came, going east now, overnighter once, arrived healthy in Waukesha early in the afternoon. The usual Thanks to my Friend and Guardian Angel completed the day. Enjoy the beautiful Picture of the Center above, Pike Peak in it`s glory, 14,000 feet high. The continuation of this Website on page # 44, meet you in the fall of 1997 in Tirol, to see and hear about another Majestic Mountain, Grossglockner
Journeying with God from and to the Highest!
