Heads or Tails?
There came a time when strange talk about the future of Elliot Lake and the Mining Operations surfaced. It was obvious just looking around and listening to the occasional announcement in the Newspaper that its getting closer to permanent or even total shutdown of our Company and the still running Mines. The actual progress of the Company`s was far ahead of schedule and the Mining Company`s goal was close to completion. The need of the ore mined diminished and the actual ore left was insignificant according to the sudden change of the worlds new opinion using the remaining Ore left. The result of the above, the mining Company`s remaining will close completely soon and the Consulting Co. will withdraw back to Toronto. Certain conversation with members of the Co. took place. Most of the remaining people involved offered a continuation of their job in Toronto, including myself. What is the best for my family and for my future? According to Canadian Guidelines, my future was limited because I was not born in a British Dominion and therefore forever a second Rate Engineer and Citizen. The proposed offering of the Co. to work in Toronto appealed in no way for my immediate plans for the future, which just developed in my mind. I borrowed the famous three "w" to come up with an temporary plan with real possibilities.' "What" should I do to proceed into the future with confidence? "Where' should I investigate for a fitting Job opportunity? "When" is the best time to plan for leaving to a new locality? The continuation of this script will tell all the answers of the above Questions.
To explore "What" to do would be the most urgent subject to start. To really evaluate all the available means I need the Guidance of my best Friend who will be of immense assistance to me finding the best solution to the Problem "What". During the last months being in Elliot Lake many major issues development, which asked for reasonable attention. In other times, less important decisions came up and needed an evaluation. For this purpose alone, to withdraw, a special place in the dense forest, elevated from the surroundings. A beautiful view to the Horizon in the distant and a clear vision to the most empty Sky's. The meeting place with my Friend, Maker, and God. The only advisor I valued to the utmost because of his remarkable record to come up with the most positives ideas. Like so many other
times and placed my whole being in his present. I felt peaceful and being loved, nearly impossible to describe. An experience not common in the realm of my normal existence. Healthy aggressiveness
While looking and searching for more and actual presentations of people presenting themselves in positions depicting extra ordinary situations to demonstrate and to Excel; I came across to find such an image soon.
