How did a place, a shelter or a house turned into a "Home"?
Purpose of the Website/Journey! It is about time to do a little catching up explaining what happened during the 60` and the early 70`. We hurried and ignored some of the major events which actual contributed in a big way to the so desired Conversion. It never planned for the journey to be a race, but to be a leisurely walk thru time, for everyone to enjoy that always can or should happen that way. Since This Website was started many times the readers have been encouraged to participate by utilizing the attached Emails for more Information, Suggestion or, Comments. To make it once more very clear what the real purpose of this Website should be without any doubtful thought ever. The first comment I have by thinking as some of our readers might have, understandable but very wrong that I am trying to unload some of my past burden, which might became very heavy to carry. By now, after reading all the prior Website Pages where my place is to go when help you have remembered, you never should have forgotten, because that`s where your load will be "lightened" not totally removed,. Him, My Friend. He will not interfere, let you exercise you human free will but gives you plenty of hints. Back to the Website, I want to make it clear what the Site is for. Writing my life story better known as www.mypastandpresentjourney.com it came to me some time ago what it really should be to the readers. My "Past" placed with the most honesty and integrity I am able to muster, Should mean a big help to use in most cases where help is urgent needed. To say it very clear, MY PAST should bring hope to the FUTURE of all the Readers and their Friends.

The last sentences in the above text explaining some of my limited research I performed, to came to the conclusion that our Past can and does change into some ones Future...I found the same explanation and comments when reading recently the proper write up how to write a successful Biography. Now really interested and to gather more facts on this issue, browsed thru the computer and found the inserted Image called Moment of Change. This Graphic designed after multiple years of many University Professors time utilized to reinforce the theory and to show it in way for most people's easy understanding. The Left side shows the Past event occurring, not necessarily meeting in the middle as shown, to meet the Moment of change for the reader of a writing, or listening to a worthy
speech, last but not least , remembering all the most importing well meaning comments of your teachers and parents. That is depicting in the graphic on the Right side. New Paradigm translated into common English, Pattern/Model. Somewhere along in time the Past, regardless in what way presented turns into the Future for the Receiver
An addition to the Journey, A Wake up, let us Be Inspirational!
We travelled a long way with lot of ups and downs, particular in the very hard times caused by the weather and personal sickness in the early 1970`. Website # 27 started out with a beautiful poem HOPE without we could not live the way we should according to our Creator, or even plain, to exist. On the same page it is mentioned my long Hospital stay where I developed and thought about many things , because I had a lot of time an peace around me. That`s when finally I knew, what was missing at our devotional Journey ,should not looked upon an material entities only; but open a door wide to welcome our not knew companion, with us with without recognition, INSPIRATION.I felled very well the minute this entered my mind and knew that our Journey blessed limitless. This new recognition requested a welcomed change in our reception of the past Journey. There will come a time when all of us to see this logic and except possible benefits, which are assured, every to his own desire and taste. The Website Adopting to Change, #28 presents an Image how to deal, work, and adopt our refined Goal and a complementary text. The beginning of page # 29 should give one a good sense of our past journey thru life, yours, and mine, that the search for the lost Paradise is still and always will be a part of our desire. Future Website pages will in the new spirit of aiming to continue our Journey with the additional welcome of our inspirational longings for the improving of all whom cross our path. If this will materialize, I ask my Maker to assist, my Goal is and always will be accomplishing to make a Positive Differences, and so I have not lived in vain...

In 1960.The first big rainstorm we experienced after moving in, hardly done with placing some furniture with the exclusion of the beddings, supplied us with dirty and plenty of water in the basement. A big surprise but not a nice one. At the evening we sat together and reminiscence about all the possibilities what could occur to leave the security of a City Environment. We never anticipated having your own Water well and Seepage Beds for your disposal could cause such early problems and only a few years old. On the other Hand, we regained a big portion of our past to live freer being a part of the nature giving to us. We looked up the former owner, still living the Neighborhood. After he came over to discusses the whole situation and came up with an agreeable solution. He offered to pay for the Material needed to install along the footings of the West

site of the Basement, 6 inch Concrete Drainpipes the needed backfill plus concrete replacement. The work was hard and cumbersome, but I promised. My spirit lifted up already when agreed to participate and apologized for his demeanor. This was only the beginning of a much bigger problem, which he did not mention before Documents signed. It took about one month to complete the Basement portion of the problem with the help of some of my newer friends. At very heavy rains, water accumulated in the installed drain pipes ran into a Sump Pump and empted to the outside on a big-grassed backyard.
Seepage Bed and Septic Tank malfunctions!
The next Drainage Problem developed close behind. Signs of something wrong again with the outside Seepage Bed Pipes and or with the Septic Tank...It started with Toilet`s not flashing, Kitchen Sinks not draining and backing up basement drains, where we started to auger towards the Septic tank, approximate 20 feet away. This upcoming project had to hand over to competent contractor to handle such drainage problems on a daily basis. Outside close to the Septic Tank a Honey Wagon emptied the Tank for an inspection of broken Pipes. The result of the auguring on the inside and inspecting the Tank turned into a positive first step. The junction with of the Bed tiles and the tank excavated found that the discharge to the pipe filled with accumulated hardened debris, which did not let the normal overflow from the tank enter the field. We tried for a long time with everything available to penetrate the pipes without success. The first suggestion from the expert to remove and install a new seepage bed, sounded a straight forward solution and workable. A few days of evaluating and research opened up many more ways how to handle and fix this problem a little better to avoid the removal of the existing Field, which could develop in a very messy affair. A total new lawn to place on about 20 K Sq. Ft. of land did not found my favor. The project mushroomed to a level where I refused even to listen to more Suggestion. After consulting expert Contractors and friends who had more exposure on a project like this, listen to the result of my decision and agreed, not reluctantly, but supportive. The whole Main Seepage line from the Septic Tank to the Bed`s Vent pipe.180 feet, totally freed from all solids, and used after constructing a Cesspool at the end of the line as described. The excavation and the filling of this Tank, 40 ft. deep by 10 ft.dia. With crushed stone. It was hard work, but we had the right people and the right Equipment and the right spirit to complete another task given to us by unwanted circumstances. Most of my friends present participated in saying the usual thanks to my Friend. The Attachments might give you a better understanding all about written above. It was very discomforting at the time, a different and nearly a brand new House, but such an abundance of unexpected Problems. It shows over and over again, put your mind to it and stick does it, Success is just around the corner!

What is happing at the Job since 1973?
With all this theorizing and personal involvement brought forward on this Website, I do not think that time was wasted. There were many events, which should have made known long before this Page. It is caught up know and we will continue in the normal way. The year of 1973 confined to the Office for recuperating from the calamities and Heat attack in Elkhorn, I spent with closing the books on my last Projects and preparing the Final Estimate for Payment to the Contractor. A very delicate and slow operation because of the Contactors agreement most the time needed. His, but not his alone, turned out to sometimes sprinkle with flaws, which had to iron away. It could take in most instances to long. The assignment given to me during 1975 where of similar nature, however on Project not personal involved on the construction side. Then were the long vacation to Florida, (1974) which is very well documented in the last Website Pages. My fears about Office assignment only is slowly disappearing. Florida did wonders in changing my mind on many things. I am looking forward to get more used to the different Environment.
This Page should been written a long time ago. Now I am happy it is added and you all have a much better understanding who I am and what my Goal consists of.
