            Last year brought back many memorable events; descript in very detail in the last Website # 38. By the time the last line accomplished a multiple of new questions assembled it selves in my mind Never prior to this awakening had I any idea how close my destiny was on the march to surprise or waking me up. It all happened, when my mind occupied itself to making an inventory of my future; say about for the next three to four years.  Why in a hurry, and why is planning for such a short so disturbing? My major assignment at the D.O.T Office in Waukesha consisted for many years of leading and guiding several Consulting Engineers, at preparing the final construction plan for the upcoming Rehalibation of Bluemound Road. Most of the activity on this Project were on schedule and the actual Construction for the beginning should begin in the early years of the 9o`. There should have been no surprises or deterrent to look forward to the actual start of the planned improvement. Rightly so, but against all odds there was and I will tell as accurate s I remembered. By being very busy since I started back in 1958 to work for the Department and building a house for my Family converting into a Home took many years. The times went by and I lost count of how many years since I came to Waukesha. Not really, the necessary arrangement that should been done is what was ignored, but no forgotten. What I must do know is to catch up and prepare myself for a different, not better, way of live. After long hour of soul-searching, contemplations, and meetings with my present Employer, regarding my future Plans with and for the Organization, I informed them to retire from permanent status, but liked to continue on a

Life is made up of a sequence of moments. Some of them are great, but some of them not so great. I am one of those people who think all of the moments given to us by our creator are important and used wisely. They make who we are, and often change our lives irrevocable. In some of the Websites, earlier and recently I tried to leave a message dealing with the subject of our present Subtitle and find it valuable to add something to the prior expression of mine. Steadily and with eagerness noticed a change thru many years how I evaluated certain things not necessary always-major event, and start to like it. Therefore, I well dwell a little while longer on the very healing, supporting, and connection our livelong Journey has with a kinship of the universal understanding and meaning of "Hope" Some -where in this section of the text an Image looking like a very small, elevated, and winding path, inserted. After finishing studies and many hours of soul-searching, I am very happy and enthused to conclude, that Hope and Love are the biggest values given to us from our Maker. These are the most valuable tools we need and never had to ask for them. To be a little more specific and have some more displays to relate certain feelings another Image, mentioned above as a winding path, inserted in the close vicinity of text as mentioned above.

This image created, unexpected and very grateful feeling. Never since I started composing and writing this Websites did I experienced such a welcome addition to assist me, in presenting you, all material useful and educational for your present and future Life Journey. By now, all of you who read the Website pages got to know my personality and noticed that I have a very sensitive site towards feeling. It brought me many Happy hours and carried me over channels of despair back into a more peaceful existing. I could, but I will not, tell you what is waiting on the other site of the Email Address. One thing I will tell you, a big surprise it will be an additional coping way to overcome most of our shortcomings. I gave up a long time ago asking to contact; now I express my feelings a little more direct. A Feedback on this particular page would appreciated very and get some input from all or some of participant of our journey  If I know that some of you like the additional computer connection, more of this methods to relay my thoughts as good or even better, can I furnish to you, my friends and Travel companion.
  A few remarks before closing this page will repeat a message I gave many times prior to this website to past and present readers. It is my Alpha and my Omega the most important association I ever had and the Best two friends never let me go astray. The first of the two is natural my Lord, Maker and Friend. The second natural also, some behind but never discussed. In 1958, the year the D.O.T of WI hired me with an additional not usual commitment to vouch for a minimum of at least Five years for the whole Family before they even saw or talked with me. Only thru research of my prior work and educational information, they gathered In Europe and U.S.A. Such a trust I never will forget but try to pay back with any help and assistance I can give, even after my planned retirement in 1958.

part-time basis. I hade a hard time to comprehend that the years past by with such a speed and caught me somewhat unprepared. Nothing lost, only late, which will equalized by doubling the effort. After more meaning full meetings with Management, our understanding of each other proceeded in very calm and friendly way. I had no intention to sit at home and feel sorry for myself. My plans for the Future at that time were not very clear to myself, but on the way to come to an understanding with Management. During all the years developed certain expertise to communicate, teach necessary assists to new employer to make them faster and better equipped to serve the people of Wisconsin. I liked doing this type so much, that I spent sometimes many of my own time to reach the goal of completely prepared when I arrived early in the morning in some of the outlying District to enhance the usefulness of my co-workers. A few Districts could not be visited and taught in one day, therefore an overnighting was required. I start likening this part of my work assignments mentoring and teaching my fellow, keep them alert to become confident as part of their improved usefulness for themselves and for the entire citizen they eventually will serve. These conversations with the Department could have been a little premature, but Management appreciated the timely conversations. The actual earliest date for my Retire some where at the earliest in 1993. To enhance the important meaning of our Subtitle Mysteries Tomorrow, an image added will bring better understanding and much more clarity to the actual truth and fact, which is for human brains not easy to comprehend. Look at the Image and what you see is the Truth. The Foot is going up, The Hand is going down, that only has one meaning, nobody ever walked or will walk on this Earth was privileged to know about the facts of Tomorrow. However, let us not despair there always was and will be the healing and soothing power, of Hope. If Hope will spring Eternal, it will be with us infinitely until we meet Eternity. The swap we had to go thru to this conclusion shall bring us a much more mundane and pacifying future.
