Slowly but very surely it is sinking in that my relation to my employer changed After retirement, descript on page 40, you know my New place with the D.O T. is a Part Time arrangement which I am looking forward, too. Seeing the Name of this Website starts with "At...", my Part Time arrangement is the first portion of this Page, a Beginning. The second "To...Be"... I will explain later. Something different expressed but meaningful. The purpose and reason what and why I am doing, mentioned many times in prior Websites, to contact the outside of my home Region, let their employees participate in the same training as my home base got. This thinking originated prior to my retirement and Management recommended considering and continuing this undertaking, if I was willing and eager to expedite it. The answers to all this you know and I am looking forward to serve the People as done in the past, a while longer. The attached image gives all of you a better and more detailed understanding of the locality where the training session will occur. Wisconsin divided into seventy-two Counties. The D.O.T. of Wisconsin split these counties into five Transportation Regions, which shown on the image as two letters for N for north, S for south, E for east ,W for west and C for central.

The Regional Offices location are in the following Cities: NE @ Green Bay/Brown County, NW @ Eau Clair/ Eau Clair County and Superior Douglas County, SE @ Waukesha/same name County, SW @ Madison/Dane County and La Cross/ same name County, NC @ Rhinelander/Oneida and Wisconsin Rapids/Portage County. The detailed information i given so one can navigate, in the present or possible future if needed. The actual counties in each Region are lined and marked with a borderline. The distance of the different Regions from Waukesha is approximate sixty to close to six-hundred Miles. I have been there a few times and visited quit some Motels or drove back home is the distance manageable. During my past employment it was my goal to come home from the construction site, instead of sleeping in a motel, we had a choice. I wanted to see my family at least once during a day and did not harm at all. The distances to my Training Regions were all together much bigger as driven during my Construction time; however, it turned out to be a worthy undertaking. During

My Mother most the time afflicted with Asthma, had not the needed strength handle another child, took care of my sister of four years, and arranged with a well-known woman to take me for longer durations in her custody. Paris, France. Visiting Sister, 1995
To travel to Paris from Bendorf-Sayn , other than with Auto or plan, remains using one of the somewhat fast trains starting in Koblenz. After eight hrs. Drive towards Paris we arrived early in the morning, where my Brother in Law, Rene welcomed us and drove us to their home in Eaubonne, a Suburb of Paris. My sister happened to have an arm broken and could not, like usual perform the French way to welcome such as hugging and in particular the kissing; however we handled the situation satisfactory. My sister Marianne has to children, one boy, and one Girl. Both are married and have children on their own. During our stay Rene, drove us around quite a bit and showed us very detailed some of the most memorable Parts of Paris. Starting with the most noticeable "The Eiffel Tower" rising over Paris in certain majestically, ways to tell in its way were you are. I have been in Paris more than few times, since my sister lives there for a long time, and have been fascinated every time Our Statue of Liberty in New Harbor designed by Mr, Eiffel and erected. It was a gracious gift from France to our Country. I is hard to describe feelings and special when the feeling is luring you to stay, which most the times are not possible More Images are inserted, which could tell you better the real ambient of Paris.

Walking and driving around Paris is always exciting: however, this time a little different the best navigator and informer of all the unlimited wonders of Paris could not be with us, as mentioned prior, my sister Maedi. one of the biggest City close to Bendorf, but not a Metropolitan. Koblenz, a City founded by the Romans, has its name from the Roman "Confluence", meaning together, the Mosel and the Rhine..At the time, I was very young and not capable to form my own interpretation on the prevailing issues. What is little boy, hardly one year old, really wants? Most likely getting the needed nutrition and a bundle full of the most important ingredient, we always welcome a heart full of, unconditional Love. Not that I didn`t get any from my parent but it did not feel the same as the one I grow up in the early stages of my live, with my "Nanny' in Stromberg. When the time came, being few more years older, I was happy to show my appreciation by helping with the daily scores, milking the goats, carrying water from the Village well. It was the time too, when I heard the first time from my Nanny the explanation about the existence and connection with our Maker, which you all know became my first and my best Friend. It was the time in my live where the seed planted to become a worthy child of my God. I never turned into a Saint but I am still trying to remember all the conversation with my Nanny and keep true to them. Now you understand what I meant "TO" return to the Beginning, of my existence and the continuation of the Journey, which every one has the possibilities to participate. We spend a few days in Sayn with my sister Louise; the only close living relative left in the Village and prepared our self to the promised visitation Marianne and Husband in Paris, France.
the picture attached, one can really know how it feels to sit at an side walk Coffee at this Boulevard and enjoy the surroundings. Not only the Boulevard has its fame the Arc de Triumph seeing on the picture in all its glory to remind us of the great times of his patron, who in his better time nearly ruled Europe, Napoleon. After one of Victories, he marched with some of his troops thru, for him constructed Arc. History records that his end of victories and rule over Europe terminated when his remaining soldiers returned from Russia, destroyed. He died on an Island south of Italy in confinement. Another day we went North of Paris about on hour drive and visited one the oldest best-reserved and medieval Castle close enough to go to such length it should be worth it. Have a look at the picture, which should tell
much more and proficient then I ever could, just by explaining it in my own words. The inside of the shown Castle is as prominent and breathe taking as the outside. A much more or better way would be follow my path thru this wondrous and historical, luring, ala - la, Paris Think about it.
Finally yet importantly on of the most liked Place in Paris, since multiple times visited ,is for me a luring place called, Montmartre. It is. most likely not the oldest settlement in all Paris, but one of the most intriguing The time since Montmartre dwells in its present fame started a few hundred years ago when the area found
favor with many Artist of known caliber today as one of the most favorite on, La Track. Many fames Artist made this Area forever unforgettable. The Area is elevated from the rest of Paris as the attached Picture shows and located in the shadow of one of the most known Cathedral's ,Sacra Coeur. What caught my fascination and liking so much, that it sometimes it is very hard to leave this area and return into the not so mandarin twentieth Century. Picture yourself living in the middle ages or close to the medieval times, known out of literatures and movies, that`s what you will experience in Montmartre. I know the live at that
time was not the easiest, but that does not change my obsession to adore this place and recommend it to you. If you ever in the neighborhood of Montmartre spent some, time there and let me, know your observation. By the time, we returned to my sister's home it was dark, but plans made to return to Sayn the next day to spend a few more days before we return tour our home, in Waukesha .Wisconsin
